The Furnishing textile, by Anni Albers, is a long, horizontal piece of fabric with fringed edges. The textile is divided into sections. The left and right sections have colorful patterns with shades of blue, green, yellow, pink and white. The center section consists of two large yellow sections in a zig-zag or chevron pattern, with white in between. The yellow sections have blue outlines. The background of the image the textile is on is gray.
