Silver nose ring with a thin band, smooth on the inside, and a decorative front; the decoration consists of a row of connected diamonds with a raised dot on the center of each diamond; each diamond is outlined with a raised dot pattern; the outside edge has a bumpy, tooth-like pattern; the metal appears worn and tarnished; the background is gray and dark at the top, fading to light at the bottom.
