Black fabric with a dragon design. The fabric has a black background with a colorful design at the bottom and three circular designs with dragons on them. The bottom design features wavy lines in shades of blue, red, yellow, and white. Above the wavy design are two circles with dragons and a floral pattern. Part of a third circle is visible at the top. The circles have a blue background with a gold dragon in the center, surrounded by a floral pattern. The fabric appears to be an unfinished robe, likely of Chinese origin.
