Textile Fragment by artist unknown. Rectangular piece of fabric with a repeating pattern. The background of the fabric is a muted brown color. The pattern features a series of horizontal bands or stripes that run across the fabric. Each band contains a repeating design of flowers and leaves in a deep red color. The flowers have five petals and are clustered in the center of the design. The leaves are teardrop-shaped and curved around the flowers. The bands are separated by thin, darker brown stripes. The edges of the fabric are rough and frayed. The fabric is set against a light gray background.
