Incense Container (Kōgō) in the Shape of a Mandarin Duck

The object is a ceramic incense container in the shape of a mandarin duck. The container is shown from the side and slightly from the front. The base is round and flat. The body of the duck is white with brown markings. The head of the duck has a brown and white coloration with a blue patch on top. The beak is light brown and slightly open. The eye is small and black. There are two red, triangular protrusions on the back, resembling tail feathers. The top of the duck's head has a blue and white glaze. The background is a dark gray color that gets lighter towards the bottom.
