The image shows a sword guard. The sword guard is dark brown and has a rounded square shape with a flat bottom and rounded top. The guard features a textured surface with a pattern of small, intricate designs. There are five cut-out sections: two oval shapes on either side of a long, narrow teardrop shape in the center and two more irregular shapes on the right side. There is also a line of Japanese characters etched on the left side between the oval and teardrop shapes. The background of the image is dark gray, gradually becoming lighter towards the bottom.
