Sword Guard (Tsuba)
The sword guard, or tsuba, by an unknown artist, is a circular piece made of dark brown metal with a textured surface. Two oval-shaped holes are cut out in the center, side by side. The surface features gold-colored metal inlays depicting a tree branch with leaves and flowers. The inlays are positioned at the bottom and top of the circle, with the branch extending from the bottom right to the top left. Small gold dots are scattered around the inlays on the dark brown metal. The background of the image transitions from black at the top to gray at the bottom.
