The vase has a wide mouth and a narrow base. The vase is primarily terracotta-colored with a face painted on the lower half. The face has a long nose and a downturned mouth with a white line for the upper lip. The eyes are white with a black pupil. Above the face is a band of red, white, and black geometric shapes. Above that are 16 triangular shapes, alternating between dark red and white. The background is dark gray. The Vase by the artist is a ceramic vessel.
