Fragment of a Skirt Border by Unknown. A rectangular piece of fabric with a repeating design of black embroidery on a cream-colored background. The design features a horizontal line across the top and bottom, with a more intricate pattern in between, including circles and floral motifs. The top line of embroidery consists of four symmetrical shapes resembling fleur-de-lis or crowns. The bottom line has a similar design but with a different pattern, also featuring four symmetrical shapes. The central design includes two circles with floral patterns and curved lines connecting them. The fabric appears to be a fragment, with rough edges on all sides.
