Ceremonial Dance Kilt by unidentified artist. A rectangular piece of fabric with a wide off-white center panel. The top of the fabric has a black border with small black ties spaced evenly across. The fabric has a patterned border on either side, consisting of symmetrical designs in red, sage green, cream, and black. The designs are geometric, with zigzags and stripes. The bottom edge of the fabric appears to be unfinished with visibly loose threads on the corners. The background of the image is light grey.
