Off-white sampler with frayed edges. Decorative border with geometric pattern. Various embroidered objects. Objects include trees, urn, bird, dog, deer, house, windmill, and flowers. Embroidered text at bottom reads: "who mort carbo unto god for the sick whom to ye [sic] have given " unto yon according to thy will when we reaped our loss I never will forget my saviours cross" Names and age stitched at bottom: "Ann Chevell aged seven".
