The Crossbow Fibula by an unknown artist is a cross-shaped object with a long vertical piece and two shorter horizontal pieces extending from the middle of the vertical piece. The object is made of metal, likely bronze or brass, and has a dark patina with some gold-colored areas visible. The vertical piece has a decorative pattern on it and tapers towards the bottom. The horizontal pieces have rounded ends and are connected to the vertical piece by small cylindrical sections. The ends of the horizontal pieces are spherical. The object is set against a gray background.
