Head Shawl ("Phulkari")

The textile titled "Head Shawl (Phulkari)" by an unknown artist, features a rectangular piece of fabric with a central section and two side sections. The central section has a cream-colored background with a repeating pattern of dark red crisscrossing lines forming diamonds and triangles. The side sections are golden yellow with various shapes and patterns. Narrow strips with small multicolored triangular shapes are on either side, separating the central section from the side sections. The entire piece is rectangular.
