Below that: a rectangular box with a gold frame and a scene of three people. Next: a blue and gold vase with a plant, two birds perched on either side. The bottom section: a brown base. The entire panel is ornate with intricate designs and patterns. The artwork is titled "Decorative Panel" and attributed to Pierre Rousseau.
