The Wine Vessel (Hu) is a green and brown-colored ancient Chinese vessel. The vessel has a wide mouth and a narrow neck. A decorative band encircles the upper part of the neck. The body of the vessel is bulbous and tapers towards the bottom. A second decorative band encircles the base of the vessel. The surface of the vessel exhibits a green patina with areas of exposed brown metal. The background is gray with a shadow cast to the right.
