She has a bow in her left hand and appears to be shooting an arrow with her right hand. She is labeled "Velocitas". - A man sitting on what appears to be piled materials. He appears to have a large sword in his right hand. - A man riding on what appears to be armor. He holds a wreath in his right hand and another object in his left hand. - A man wearing military garb. He holds a staff topped with a wreath in his right hand and another object behind his head with his left hand. He appears to be wearing a feathered hat. The chariot appears to have various decorative engravings on it. The two people on the right appear to be standing on some type of military equipment on the back of the horses. The horses are depicted in profile facing to the right; the horses on the left are leading. The man on the far left and the two on the right each have their own decorative cartouche with writing in them; from left to right they say: - Velocitas - Firmitas - Visacitas - Audacia The background appears to have text on both sides.
