Pair of Plaques (Appliqué)
Pair of Plaques (Appliqué) by Unknown. Two irregularly shaped plaques with wavy edges, made of gold, enamel, and possibly other materials. The plaques have a symmetrical design with a central section and two side sections on each plaque. The central section of the left plaque features a gold design on red and green enamel background with floral patterns and a gold quatrefoil in the center. The side sections on the left plaque have a green enamel background with red flowers, and a gold design that resembles an anchor or a cross with curved arms. The right plaque has a similar design but in a mirrored or reverse layout, possibly to create a sense of balance and symmetry. The plaques have a gold border around the edges, and the background of the image is black.
