Man's Nightcap by unknown artist. The nightcap is rounded and made of cream-colored fabric, possibly cotton or linen, with intricate dark brown embroidery. The cap is covered in a dense floral pattern with leaves and vines. A horizontal band of lace-like trim encircles the cap, about halfway down from the top. The cap appears to be dome-shaped, with a seam running down the center of the top. The background of the image is a gradient gray color.
