The image shows a yellowed, lined piece of paper with handwritten text. The paper is rectangular with rounded corners and has a dark gray background behind it. The handwriting is in black ink and is written in cursive. The lines on the paper are blue and spaced evenly apart. The paper appears to be aged, with a slight yellow tint and some darker spots.
