Eight Beautiful Groups of Natural Flowers in Outlines by de la Cour: Tulips

Robert Sayer

Cleveland Museum of Art

The image shows a drawing of five tulips. The flowers are in the center and take up most of the space. They have green stems and leaves. There are two flowers at the top, one on the left with a white base and pink stripes, and one on the right with a similar coloring. There are three flowers at the bottom, one on the left that is solid red, one in the middle that is similar to the top left flower, and one on the right that is white with pink stripes. The background is a light beige color with some darker spots and lines. There is small, illegible text at the bottom.
