The sculpture depicts a head, by artist Henry Moore. The head is egg-shaped and made of a rough, textured stone or concrete. It has a neutral expression with eyes that are closed or partially closed, and the mouth is slightly open. The nose is small and rounded. Two circular protrusions are on either side of the head, just above the eyes. The background is a gradient from dark gray at the top to light gray at the bottom.
