The image depicts a black-and-white illustration of a scene from "The Book of Job". In the center, a central figure with long hair and a beard sits on a cloud or throne, surrounded by several other figures. Two large winged creatures with halos appear on either side of the central figure. Several smaller figures are scattered around the central figure, some of whom appear to be naked and falling. The background of the illustration features dark clouds or smoke. The illustration is surrounded by a border with wavy lines and text. The text at the top of the border reads "Hell is naked before him & Destruction has no covering". The text at the bottom of the border reads "Thou hast fulfilled the Judgment of the Wicked". The entire image is on a beige background with darker spots. The illustration is signed "W. Blake inv & sculpt" in the bottom-right corner.
