Master of the Brussels Initials and Associates

The image shows an open book with a medieval-style illustration and text. The book page is yellowed, with a large decorative letter "P" in the center, surrounded by a border of vines, leaves, and colorful pennant flags. A blue and gold border frames the letter. The page features two creatures: one at the bottom, with a dog-like head, green body, and red cape, holding a red rope; and another on the right, with a pink deer-like body, blue cape, and green skirt, holding a red staff. A bird perches on a vine above the deer-like creature. The text is written in black calligraphy, with two decorative squares containing blue and red circles. The page edges are rough and worn.
