The plate is round and has a scalloped edge. The plate's border is decorated with a pink and white interwoven design resembling twisted ribbons, separated by yellow and green cylindrical accents. The center of the plate features a colorful illustration of a man sitting on a low wooden stool, wearing a pink robe with blue sleeves, holding a fishing rod. The man is surrounded by plants with long green leaves and pink flowers, as well as two large brown tree stumps. A flying insect is depicted near the top of the plate. The plate's background is off-white.
