Cleveland Museum of Art

The Pharmacy Jar, also known as an Albarello, features a predominantly white background with blue, black, and yellow designs. A wide, yellow-rimmed opening sits atop a short neck. The body of the jar is adorned with a central image of a nude figure riding a boar while holding a spear. The figure and boar are surrounded by a blue and white decorative border.
