Tile Platform for Tea in Summer
The Tile Platform for Tea in Summer by Bernard Leach is a square, brown ceramic tile with a cracked surface. The tile has a reddish-brown background color with a matte finish and visible cracks throughout. There are several designs on the tile, including: - Four white and brown Greek key patterns, two of which are partially visible and appear to be rectangular in shape. - Seven black flowers with four petals each. - Four clusters of four or five black dots arranged in a circular pattern. The tile has a thick, rough edge and appears to be handmade. The background behind the tile is dark at the top and gradually lightens towards the bottom.
