The Figure (baàthíl) by is a sculpture consisting of a human head and neck on top of a cylindrical body. The head is dark brown with a smooth texture and appears to be made of a different material than the body. The face is expressionless with a straight mouth and closed eyes. The head is shaved and has small ears on the sides. The body is light brown with a rough texture and resembles a tree branch or a post. It has a metal band around the area where the head and body meet. The background of the image fades from dark at the top to light gray at the bottom.
