The central figures are surrounded by a red background and a border with floral patterns and portraits. Three figures wearing white robes and halos are depicted in a semi-circle above the Virgin. The outer border contains a green floral pattern with red flowers and 14 circular portraits. The tapestry has a black background. The title of the image is "Icon of the Virgin and Child".
