Ewer (Fusatsugata Suibyō)
The Ewer, Fusatsugata Suibyō, is a dark-colored, bulbous vessel with a long neck and a spout on the side. The ewer has a round base and a small foot ring. A decorative metal piece is attached to the side of the bulbous section, just above the foot. The long neck features two raised bands around its circumference, and the top of the neck flares out into a circular area. A cylindrical piece with stacked, horizontal rings rises from the center of this circular area. The background of the image is a gradient that transitions from dark at the top to light at the bottom.
