Rishabha enthroned, folio 1 (verso) from a Yoga-shastra of Hemachandra
A long, thin, yellowed paper scroll with a central illustration and text on either side. The scroll is primarily light brown with darker edges. Two red circles, one on the left and one on the right edge. A central rectangular illustration depicts a seated figure in a yellow robe on a throne with a red and white patterned background. The seated figure has a halo and sits cross-legged with hands in lap; face is blue; has a long white beard. The text on either side of the illustration is in a foreign language, likely Sanskrit, written in black ink. The text fills most of the scroll, with some blank space near the edges. The scroll appears to be old and worn, with some damage and tears.
