The sculpture depicts a seated Buddha on a lotus pedestal. The pedestal has a large lotus flower bowl on top and a smaller one below it. The base of the pedestal is octagonal and made of dark wood with gold accents. The lotus flowers are bronze with a gold patina. The petals of the lotus flowers are carved to resemble leaves. The top of the pedestal has a wide, shallow bowl. The background of the image is a gradient from dark gray at the top to light gray at the bottom.
