Architectural Canopy by Duccio. A stone architectural fragment with light gray and beige tones and darker brown discoloration. The fragment consists of a base, two vertical side pieces, and a decorative top section. The base is rectangular and flat. The two vertical side pieces are long and rectangular with a slight lip on the inward edges. The top section features a row of small circles along the top edge. Below the circles are three vertical sections with small columns, each containing a pointed arch; the middle arch is larger than the two flanking it. The middle arch contains a carved head. The object sits on a black base. The background is dark at the top and light gray at the bottom.
