The Bishamonten Ritual Mirror by artist unknown. A circular bronze mirror with a weathered patina. The patina is predominantly shades of gray with spots and blotches of orange and brown. The surface is etched with intricate designs depicting multiple figures with exaggerated facial features and ornate hair. The central figure appears to be a deity with a large head and flowing hair; the deity has one leg extended backwards. Surrounding the central figure are additional etchings of people and possibly animals; these etchings vary in complexity and detail. The background of the image is dark gray to light grey gradient.
