The woman sits on a capital with her legs apart, wearing a long dress, with one arm raised and holding a horn and the other arm holding a spear. She has short hair and appears to have wings. The capital has a flower at the top center. There are two winged horses on either side of the woman, one on the left and one on the right, both jumping outwards. The base of the capital has a row of leaves and acanthus scrolls. The background is off-white.
