Ladle by Gorham Manufacturing Company. Silver ladle with a bowl that is wider than it is long and a long handle. The ladle bowl is rounded with a flat bottom. The handle is ornately decorated in a floral pattern and on the top is a figurine of a woman's face with curly hair. She appears to have a ribbon tied around her forehead. There are several engravings on the handle. The one on the bottom appears to be acanthus leaves. The background of the image is grey.
