The Covered Tureen by Meissen features a white ceramic dish with a scalloped edge and a floral pattern. The dish has a rounded rectangular shape with three green feet. Two green handles are on either side. The lid is decorated with a floral pattern and features a small, white porcelain figurine of a naked child sitting on top, holding something in one hand. The child has blonde hair. The lid also has three large flowers on top, two pink and one purple. The background of the image is dark gray, with a lighter gray surface that the dish is sitting on.
