The image depicts a woman in traditional Japanese clothing sitting on the floor. The woman has black hair styled in a bun and wears a blue, orange and green kimono with a floral pattern. She sits on the floor with her knees bent to one side, holding a white object with a green flower design in her hands. To her right is a low black table with a book on it, and two small rectangular objects on the floor. The background of the image is beige, surrounded by an orange border with white flowers. In the top-left corner, there is a small rectangular inset with Japanese writing and red and black designs. In the top-right corner, there is a vertical white rectangle with Japanese writing. The image appears to be a traditional Japanese woodblock print.
