A porcelain vase with a short wide foot and a narrower body that flares out slightly at the top; the body has a narrow neck below a wide mouth with a flat rim; vase body and base are covered in a design of small blue and white spots; a vine wrapped around the body features white flowers and green leaves with several birds perched on the vine; two handles on the sides are made to look like tree branches; a large green and orange parrot atop a branch on the lid.
