Cleveland Museum of Art

A battle scene on a piece of aged paper with a border, depicting warriors on horseback and on foot with weapons. Warriors on horseback wear green and red clothing, have red head coverings, and hold spears and swords. Most of their faces are yellow. They are surrounded by other people on foot with weapons. Two domed structures sit on either side of the warriors; the domes are green and yellow with windows. The domed structures have gates or openings with arched tops; they are flanked by thin towers with flags. The right domed structure has a figure inside the gate. In the foreground on the bottom left are two white animals with long tails and manes. On the bottom right are several disembodied body parts. There are several flying figures throughout. The background is beige. There is a rectangle with writing in non-Latin script in the center bottom and text in non-Latin script on the bottom right.
