The image depicts a black-and-white drawing of a woman. The woman is drawn from the back with her head turned slightly to the right, wearing a large fur muff over her right arm. She has dark hair styled up and covered with a white headpiece. She wears a long dress with a fitted bodice and a full skirt. The drawing is on off-white paper with darker spots throughout. At the bottom of the image, there is text, the first line reads 'W. Hollar fecit' on the left side; on the right side, there are illegible words. The second line reads 'Nobilis Mulier Anglica' and the third line reads 'in Vestitu Hiemali'.
