The Parthenon, a large ancient stone building with many columns, stands on a rocky hill. The building has a flat roof supported by multiple tall, thin columns. Some of the columns are broken or damaged. There are several columns still standing in a row. The ground around the building is covered in rocks and dirt. The sky is light-colored and featureless. The Parthenon by Eugène Piot shows the building in a state of ruin.
