Loose Textile Fragments
Loose Textile Fragments by Anni Albers. A white rectangular background with numerous small to medium-sized pieces of frayed fabric stuck to it. The fabric pieces are various shades of brown, red, and tan, with some having a rough texture and others appearing smoother. The fabric pieces are irregularly shaped, with some being long and thin, while others are more square or rectangular. Some of the pieces have loose threads or fibers extending from them. The fabric pieces are scattered across the background in a seemingly random pattern, with some overlapping or touching each other.
