The text is divided into two sections: a larger title section at the top and a smaller paragraph below. The title is in large font and reads "CALOT ATOVT LVNIVERS ET LA POSTERITE POVR LA GLOIRE PERPETVELLE DV ROY TRES-CHRESTIEN LOVYS LE IVSTE". The paragraph is written in smaller font. The background of the paper is off-white with some darker spots and discoloration. The paper is on a dark gray background.
