The Turkmen Main Carpet by the artist is rectangular with a dark red background. The main field of the rug features a repeating pattern of 5 rows and 9 columns of symmetrical floral motifs in shades of red, blue, and yellow. The border consists of a thin inner border with a yellow background and geometric patterns in shades of red, yellow, and blue and a thicker outer border. The outer border on the sides and top have the same floral and geometric pattern; however, on the bottom, it appears more geometric. The corners have small floral motifs. The rug is fringed on the short ends.
