The central area contains black calligraphy arranged in five vertical sections. There are three small decorative squares within the central area. The top square has a blue background with gold and red designs. The middle square has a blue background with a red and gold diamond-shaped design. The bottom square has a gold background with blue and red designs. The calligraphy sections are separated by the decorative squares. The beige paper has a worn and aged appearance. The border has a double line and shows signs of wear with gold flecks.
