Calyx (Chalice)

Red and black chalice with gold trim. The chalice has a wide mouth and tapers down to a narrow base. The body of the chalice is primarily red with black spots and marks. There are two vertical gold strips on either side, each with a decorative scalloped edge. The rim and base of the chalice are gold. The gold trim on the rim is scalloped. The background is dark at the top and lightens to gray towards the bottom.
