A man wearing a white turban, white garment, and beaded necklace stands on the left side, holding an object. To his right, a man in a white turban and white garment gestures with both hands as if speaking to another man. The third man sits on a platform on the right side, wearing a blue body with yellow and gold accents on his head and garment. He holds a scroll with black writing. Above them, a yellow banner contains black foreign writing. The background features a red wall with white pillars and green archways on either side, and a black sky with white and gold buildings. The bottom of the image shows a wavy line with plants and fish.
