Brown paper with a central rectangular text area, surrounded by a thin gold border and a slightly thicker blue border. The text is written in black ink in a foreign script, possibly Arabic or Persian, and appears to be in a formal or calligraphic style. The paper has a rough, aged appearance with visible signs of wear, including tears along the edges, dark brown and black stains, and a crease down the center. The background behind the paper is light gray.
