The leaf has two holes, one on the left side and one on the right side, both roughly one-third of the way down from the top. The holes are circular and have a red circle drawn around them. The leaf has writing on it in black ink. The writing is in rows that follow the long sides of the leaf. The writing appears to be a script. There are red marks on the leaf, possibly corrections or annotations. The background of the image is a solid light beige color.
