The middle row has three portraits: - a man with a mustache and a hat with a feather; - a man with a mustache, a headpiece with feathers and a cigar; - a man with a mustache and a beaded necklace. The bottom row has three portraits: - a man with a mustache and a hat; - a man with a mustache and a turban; - a man with facial hair and a hat. Under the portraits, there is a line of text: "Council of Regency, Gwalior". Under that, there is a line of text: "1887". Under the portraits, there are lines of text identifying each person.
